Prize draw terms and conditions
Version 2026-10-02. These terms apply to the Did You Get In? prize draw (the Draw). By entering you agree to them.
1. Promoter
The promoter is [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS] (we, us). Contact: hello@yougetin.co.uk.
2. No purchase necessary
- Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is needed to enter or to win.
- Buying anything from us, including the paid results report, does not give you an entry, an extra entry or a better chance of winning.
- The Draw is a free draw for the purposes of the Gambling Act 2005.
3. Who can enter
- You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom when you enter.
- Our employees, officers and contractors, their immediate families and households, and anyone professionally connected with the Draw cannot enter.
- We may ask for proof of age, identity and residence before awarding a prize. If you can't provide it within the claim period, you won't receive a prize.
4. How to enter
- Complete the free survey at https://yougetin.co.uk/survey, then confirm your entry by signing in with Google, Microsoft or a link sent to your email address, and accept these terms.
- The Draw opens at Thursday, 1 October 2026 at 10:00 pm and closes at Sunday, 11 October 2026 at 11:59 pm (the Closing Date). Entries received after the Closing Date will not count.
- One entry per person. Each person may hold one verified account and one email address. Multiple accounts, automated or bulk entries, entries made through third parties or agents, and entries using false details are invalid, and we may disqualify every entry linked to them.
- You must give honest survey answers about your own experience. We may disqualify entries where answers are clearly false or generated automatically.
- We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not completed for technical reasons. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
4A. Bonus entries for referrals
- Each entrant gets a personal referral link. For each person who first visits through your link, completes the survey, and confirms a valid entry of their own before the Closing Date, you receive 5 bonus entries, up to a maximum of 50 bonus entries (51 entries in total).
- Bonus entries are free. They can never be bought, and buying anything from us does not create or increase them.
- Referrals of yourself, of accounts you control, or obtained through spam, automation, paid incentives or misleading statements are invalid, and we may remove bonus entries or disqualify the entries involved.
- Each entry, including bonus entries, has an equal chance of being drawn. Your chance of winning depends on the total number of valid entries.
5. Prizes
- 1st prize: The mystery prize. A festival-themed mystery prize with a minimum value of £2,500. Revealed to the winner on notification.
- 2nd prize: A £1,000 holiday voucher plus £500 spending money. A £1,000 travel voucher from a UK travel provider chosen by us, plus £500 paid by bank transfer.
- Runner-up prizes (4 winners): A UK staycation for two. One night's stay for two people with a UK provider chosen by us, worth up to £350 each.
- The total number of prizes is 6. No entrant can win more than one prize.
- The mystery prize will be at least the stated minimum value. It will not include a ticket to any event that can't lawfully be transferred to the winner.
- Travel vouchers and accommodation are subject to the provider's own terms, availability and expiry dates, which we'll give the winner in writing before they accept. Prizes don't include travel, insurance, food, drink or spending money unless stated.
- Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative, except the £500 spending money, which is paid by bank transfer to a UK account in the winner's name.
- If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will provide a substitute of equal or greater value.
6. The draw
- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries (with each entrant weighted by their number of entries) by Friday, 16 October 2026, using a recorded random process run by our database and witnessed by a person independent of the promotion. A record of the draw is kept.
- Winners are drawn in order: the first valid entry drawn wins 1st prize, the second wins 2nd prize, and the next four win the runner-up prizes. Additional reserve entries are drawn in order.
7. Winners
- We will email winners at the address on their account by Friday, 16 October 2026. Winners must reply within 14 days with the information we ask for.
- If a winner doesn't reply in time, is ineligible or has broken these terms, they forfeit the prize and we will offer it to the next reserve entry.
- We will deliver prizes within 28 days of a winner's claim being verified.
- On request, and as required by the CAP Code, we will make available the surname and county of major prize winners. If you object to this, email us before the Closing Date. We may need to disclose this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.
- Winners don't have to take part in publicity.
8. Data
We use your details to run the Draw as described in our privacy notice. Entering does not sign you up to marketing unless you separately choose to.
9. General
- Did You Get In? is an independent survey. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Glastonbury Festival, Worthy Farm or See Tickets.
