What you're buying

The Glasto Ticket Playbook: online access, through a private group link, to a researched guide and our survey findings for the Glastonbury 2027 general sale. Price £60 per purchase, including VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by Stripe.

One purchase is a licence for one booking group of up to six people. You may share the group link and its contents with up to five other people in your booking group. You may not publish it, resell it or share it beyond your group.

Every buyer gets access at the same time: Sunday, 4 October 2026 at 8:00 am. If you buy after that, access starts straight away.

The playbook gives practical guidance and patterns from self-reported survey answers. It does not guarantee or promise to improve your chance of getting tickets, and it isn't affiliated with Glastonbury Festival or See Tickets, whose rules always take priority.

Cancelling and refunds

If you buy before release, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before Sunday, 4 October 2026 at 8:00 am by emailing us. When you buy, you ask us to supply the playbook at release time, and you acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel ends once access begins. If the link doesn't work or the playbook isn't as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Prize draw

Buying the report does not enter you into the prize draw and does not change your chances. Entry is free; see the prize draw terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
